Immigration Psychological Evaluations in East Greenwich, RI
A clinical evaluation that supports your immigration case
An immigration psychological evaluation is a one-time clinical assessment that produces a written report to support your immigration case. The report documents mental health history, relevant symptoms or diagnoses, and the emotional impact of your experiences, including factors that may not be externally visible but still affect daily functioning.
I use my experience working with individuals and families affected by trauma, anxiety, grief, and complex relationship dynamics to ensure evaluations accurately reflect emotional hardship.

ABOUT THIS SERVICE
What the evaluation involves
The evaluation includes a clinical interview of approximately two to three hours, review of relevant collateral documents when available, and a written report of approximately ten pages.
Information shared during the evaluation is confidential, with legal and ethical limits that will be reviewed prior to beginning the process. The report is provided to you to share with your attorney for use in immigration proceedings, including submission to USCIS or the court.
Reports are prepared to meet relevant USCIS and court standards, with coordination with legal counsel as needed. Turnaround time is approximately two weeks, with an expedited option available.
This is not therapy. The purpose of the evaluation is to provide clinical documentation for legal proceedings, not ongoing treatment or clinical care.
