A collaborative space for clinicians seeking to grow confidence, clinical judgement, and skills while exploring long-term career direction.

I draw on years of experience as a team lead and mentoring therapists in high-acuity agency settings to support both your development and practical goals.

This supervision works best for clinicians who want to deepen thinking about cases rather than focus only on techniques.

Options include one-time consultation, short-term, or ongoing supervision for pre-licensed and licensed clinicians in Rhode Island and Connecticut.

Who this supports

  • Pre-licensed clinicians needing supervision for licensure, exam preparation, and building clinical confidence
  • Licensed clinicians seeking guidance on complex cases and nuanced decision-making
  • Therapists exploring career direction, private practice, and professional identity
  • Clinicians navigating countertransference or emotional strain from trauma and challenging patient dynamics
  • Professionals wanting practical guidance on workflow, documentation, and ethical dilemmas

What we focus on

  • Strengthen case conceptualization, ethical reasoning, and clinical judgement

  • Structure sessions flexibly to meet your goals through case presentations, conceptual discussion, or logistical support

  • Enhance reflective and intentional use of self with patients

  • Integrate trauma-informed, culturally aware frameworks while avoiding pathologizing language

  • Support licensure preparation, exam readiness, and meaningful professional growth

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This service is not covered by insurance and must be paid for out of pocket.

  • You can connect with me by emailing, calling, texting, or filling out the form on my contact page. Once you reach out, I will ask a few brief questions to ensure the service is a good fit and then schedule your first appointment. I will also send paperwork for you to complete before your first appointment. If you would prefer to start with a free 15-minute consultation, that is always an option.

  • The first appointment focuses on getting to know each other and identifying what you would like to work on. We will talk about your professional development goals and tailor the work accordingly. If I believe your needs would be better supported elsewhere, I will be honest and provide referrals. In ongoing sessions, we will work toward your goals and adjust as needed.
