Psychological Evaluations for Immigration Cases
What is an Immigration Psychological Evaluation?
Immigration psychological evaluations are one-time clinical assessments that result in a written report to support immigration cases. The report includes mental health history, relevant symptoms or diagnoses, and the impact of the immigration issue on the applicant or family. Reports are provided to the applicant, to share them with their attorney for submission to USCIS or use in court.
